FP&A Manager | High Growth Non-Bank Lender

The Opportunity

Reporting to the CFO, you'll play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, portfolio analytics, and month-end performance. You'll partner closely with Product, Collections and Origination teams, influencing decisions from pricing to credit risk and portfolio yield.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting across revenue, costs, originations and impairments
• Deliver variance analysis, insights and scenario modelling to support decision-making
• Manage short and long-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
• Monitor funding, covenants and support treasury and FX exposure analysis
• Provide month-end performance reporting, commentary and KPI tracking
• Analyse regional and product profitability to identify risks and opportunities
• Oversee portfolio performance including impairments, arrears and credit trends
• Support pricing, yield optimisation and commercial decision-making
• Build business cases, track ROI and support strategic initiatives
• Drive automation, improve reporting and support broader finance activities

About You

• CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
• Experience in financial services - ideally consumer lending or personal credit
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management capability
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Commercially curious, analytical, and confident partnering with non-finance teams
• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-moving environment with broad responsibility
