Frame and Truss detailer/Estimator

We have partnered with a growing Timber business in their hunt for an experienced Frame and Truss detailer/Estimator to join their team.

• Permanent opportunity
• Based in Brendale
• Paying up to $90,000 base plus super (Experience based)

What you will be doing?

• Estimate and detail roof trusses, wall frames, floor Posi's and ancillaries in an efficient and timely manner
• Deliver quotes and design works based on requests.
• Visit customer sites when required to retrieve accurate measurements for designs 
• Ensure and record work processes accurately to enhance productivity
• Process orders as per the schedule and allocation 
• Other administrative tasks related to the role

What are we looking for?

• 2-3 years' experience Frame and/or truss detailing and estimating
• Experience is using MiTek 20/20 and/or Sapphire for design.
• Prior industry experience is highly regarded.
• Excellent time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft office suite.
• Willingness to learn and take on new skills.
