Your role includes the exciting challenge of efficiently resolving guest issues, fostering strong relationships and igniting a culture of creating memorable experiences for our valued guests. You'll be a key player in staff training and performance management, ensuring that all our initiatives are implemented on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is also required to perform ‘step up’ shifts to cover Duty Manager absences on periods of leave.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You’ll love coming to work with a team who strive for excellence day in, day out to deliver a quality hotel experience. Working as an integral part of our Hotel Services Team you are encouraged to bring your unique personality and perspective (your X factor).This role will report to the Manager on Duty and will be responsible for supervising up to three team members on shift.

You will embody the essence of customer focus and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Your passion for training and motivating a team to reach their full potential will be evident. An impeccable sense of presentation and keen eye for detail is also a must. High level working knowledge of Opera is essential and if you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality studies, that's a fantastic advantage. However, skills in a Supervisory or Managerial role within a 4.5 or 5-star establishment will also see you be successful in this role.
