Front of House Co-Manager - Opportunity to Make a Difference

If you're an experienced and skilled barista looking to progress your career in hospitality this is the role for you. We are looking for someone who is passionate, lively and motivated to join/ co-manage our fabulous Frenchs Forest team. 

We are a local boutique bakery with multiple stores around the Northern Beaches. We make everything from scratch, with quality ingredients to provide the best possible food and coffee for our loyal customers. Therefore we are looking for someone to manage our Frenchs Forest store to a high standard. 

We pride ourselves on professional and friendly customer service, consistency in our food, coffee and keeping the store clean and presentable at all times as we do have very regular customers in the area. 

We have made it our priority to create and input a series of systems that make day to day running of the business simple. You will be joining a team who already know and use these systems, as well us partnering with our existing Store Manager who is a long term star at MJTB. If you're experienced in the industry and looking for a position that will advance your career then the support and guidance you will receive in this role is the perfect next step.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, can work well in a fast paced environment, has excellent communication skills and someone who is passionate about the industry, who cares for the customers and business. 

This job includes: Barista, sharing team leadership, sharing staff training, sharing stock ordering and rotation.
