About your new job

You will be the master of first impressions and provide first-class customer service to all customers visiting the service department. Your duties will include but not be limited to –
•Act as a first point of contact for anyone visiting the service department
•Answer phone inquiries and schedule services
•Administrative duties – entering and updating information into the Customer Management System
•Assist customers with general queries when the sales representatives are shortly unavailable

About you!
•Excellent opportunity - Industry knowledge is not essential.
•You will be patient and have the ability to liaise with high end customers
•You will have immaculate presentation and exceptional customer service skills
•Previous experience working with high-volume phones and a busy Customer Service desk will be considered
•You will be highly motivated and go above and beyond
