Front of house Manager and 2IC - Start Immediately

We are looking for a Manager and a 2IC that are flexible and interchangeable working from 4:30am, Monday to Fridays.

First and foremost, you must be flexible, honest and trustworthy. As an authentic and supportive leader, you must possess humility, strong moral and empathy. You must have hands on experience in all facets of the food business and meet KPI’s set by the business and The Director. 

You will be responsible for stock ordering, rostering, managing the income and expenditure, payroll interpretations and manage the business as if it is your own. Take pride in delivering excellence in customer service to drive business success. Proficient in take-away compliance, occupational health and safety (OH&S), food safety standards required. High developed, verbal and written communication skills with impeccable presentation.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar relevant role
