Belles is an American-diner style casual restaurant and bar founded by two fine dining chefs and a maitre d in Fitzroy 10-years ago. Now with 6 busy restaurants between Sydney and Melbourne, people know us for our now infamous hot chicken, easy-drinking booze, soulful tunes and super warm service.

While on the surface we may appear like another great neighbourhood restaurant or chicken joint, at Belles it's all the 1%-ers that set us apart. Like our full table service, live-streaming DJ radio, Belles Original Draught on tap and the obsession we have with our guest experience!

And Adelaide… we're coming in hot very soon! Our flagship restaurant is opening mid June in the CBD and is our best yet, in true Belles style and vibe. 

Part-time and casual shifts available, day and night, all days of the week! Table service experience is preferred, a genuine love for looking after people, great (and we mean great!) banter and a love of fried chicken required!

And if progression in hospo is your thing, we're growing and are always looking for awesome people to grow and coach into Shift Supervisor and leadership roles. You bring the good attitude, we'll bring the opportunities and coaching!
