Front Office All-Rounder

Pullman Sydney Airport is seeking a Full-Time Front Office All-Rounder to join our friendly and dynamic Front Office team. In this varied role, you will support a range of Front Office operations while delivering exceptional and personalised guest experiences from arrival through to departure.

• Deliver exceptional, personalised and engaging guest service in line with Pullman service standards
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs and account enquiries using Opera PMS
• Assist with reservations, switchboard calls and general Front Office administration
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns positively and promptly
• Support concierge, reception and other Front Office duties as required
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain accurate guest records, handovers and daily Front Office documentation
• Promote hotel facilities, services and Accor loyalty programs

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Previous Front Office, reception or customer service experience is preferred
• Experience using Opera, Fidelio or HOTSOS is highly regarded
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team
• Immaculate grooming and professional presentation
• Full Australian working rights
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
