• Be the first friendly face our guests see, setting the stage for an unforgettable visit with your warmth and great vibes.
• Bring a positive and upbeat energy to every check-in, phone call, and email
• Handle everything from check-ins and check-outs to emails and phone calls, all with confidence and efficiency
• Stay on top of all the venue's happenings, from bistro specials to upcoming events, so you're always ready with a helpful recommendation.
• Anticipate guest needs, offering directions, local tips, and a friendly word to make them feel like a VIP.

About you:

• You know that a great guest experience is all about the details.
• You're a natural with people and have a passion for making their day.
• You're a master of organisation and great with a computer.
• You've got your RSA certificate ready to go.
