Endodontic Solutions is an inner city, specialist practice. Patients are our number one priority and systems help us maintain our excellent reputation. We have been serving patients from far and wide by referral for many years (history as one of the first Endodontic practices in SA). 

 

We are currently seeking a Full time Front Office/ Clinical Coordinator to become a valued member of our small and mighty team.  Being a great team player and who loves to go above and beyond is a must.

Life as Our Front Office Coordinator

  • Great at multitasking and priorisation are essential as you ensure front-of-house duties are completed professionally and efficiently, while jointly overseeing patient services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Manage patient bookings ensuring accurate scheduling, preparation, and confirmation of appointments.
    • Serve as the friendly and professional primary contact for patient/ referrer queries to deliver exceptional service

 

  • Leadership to empower others be the best they can be. This role requires hands-on leadership and setting a positive example.
    • Actively foster teamwork, cooperation, and efficiency through effective leadership strategies.
    • Demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting and nurturing team members.
    • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
    • Assist with staff scheduling, timesheets, and rosters.
       
  • Systems create stability and success. Having a keen eye for detail, enjoying systems and administrative work will be a key to success in this role.
    • Focus on establishing and maintaining efficient systems, processes, manuals, and customer service training.
    • Assist in reporting on practice performance and the patient services team.
    • Perform administrative and accounting duties as needed.
       
  • Clinical chair side assistance when necessary
    • Experience preferred but not necessary.
    • A desire to learn and care for others.
