About the role

The Front Office Duty Manager challenges our expectations and brings new and exciting ideas to create exceptional guest experiences across our amazing spaces.

• Hospitality Team Management experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage and exceed customer service expectations
• Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
• Profeciency in Opera PMS a MUST.
• Front Office Supervisory experience
• Ability to be calm and work well under pressure
• A passion for delivering excellent levels of customer service
