Frontend Developer - Melbourne

Job Description

Are you passionate about Data and have a few years’ fulltime experience helping customers by building compelling, intuitive fronted applications? If you have gathered hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) coud platform along the way, then this could be the perfect role for you! Your impact

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing the user interface of web applications. You are required to collaborate with the UI/UX designer and backend developers to create web pages that are intuitive, compelling, visually appealing, and responsive. You will have excellent problem-solving skills and be comfortable working within a small team. 

You will relish the opportunity to innovate, evolve and challenge existing assumptions and to develop applications that solve real-world problems for customers. Your experience with large-scale programming languages, databases, and frameworks, as well as experience with agile methodologies, will see you thriving in this role!

• Tertiary

  qualifications

  in Computer Science or in a similar technology-related discipline is preferred.
• An AWS Associate Solutions Architect certification is a bonus. 

Qualifications

2+ years: 

• In web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. 
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Typescript, Angular, or Vue. 
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Materialize. 
• Experience with version control systems such as Git. 
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, MySQL or PHP is a plus. 
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure & tools (specifically AWS)
