We are on the lookout for an #AMAZING  Assistant Store Manager to take our store in Kotara to the next level!

Our newly renovated Kotara store is your chance to work in a beautiful store that holds exclusive DECJUBA extended ranges. If you are a lover of DECJUBA, then this is your ideal store to be exposed to unique products and an #AMAZING customer base that will keep you busy. Although this store has high foot traffic, it also has a supportive and very close DREAMTEAM that will see you learn from the best!

Our DECJUBA Assistant Store Managers work a Sunday to Thursday roster, supporting our Store Manager and stepping up on their days off.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR #DREAMTEAM ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

• Work closely with your Store Manager to drive sales, recruit and hire new team members, and provide your team with regular product training
• Deliver an #AMAZING experience to all our customers – keep the store clean and tidy, and make sure you and the team are following all steps of service
• Motivate and inspire your team by creating a positive and productive store environment
• Assist your Store Manager in managing labour costs and achieving KPIs set by your Regional Manager and Head Office
• Make sure all process are being properly followed when it comes to stock take, loss prevention and inventory control, and identify areas for improvement
