You will answer inbound calls and assist with general banking enquiries from existing customers. This can range from credit cards, transaction/savings accounts, and online banking.

Please note: During the training period you will need to meet job score card requirements which include attendance, assessments, trainer evaluation and class performance. Must be able to attend 100% of the training so we can set you up for success! If work from home is offered* must have stable internet connection and a quiet/secure office space in order to service our customers to a high standard.
