Full Stack Developer – Senior Consultant

The opportunity

As our Full Stack Developer, you’ll work on end-to-end feature delivery across UI, APIs, and supporting services, including mobile and cloud integration layers.

This is a hybrid position based in Boorloo – Perth. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems


• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and UX designers to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions


• Provide technical guidance and context to offshore teams, ensuring alignment and delivery quality


• Contribute to architecture decisions and platform evolution


• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies


• Ensure observability, reliability, and performance of deployed applications

Skills and attributes for success

• Minimum 3+ years of full stack development experience


• Proven experience leading or contributing significantly to mobile and/or cloud integration projects


• Strong background delivering solutions across C#, .NET, React, Node.js, and/or mobile platforms


• Experience working in enterprise environments with complex integration and production support needs.


• Experience with SQL and CosmosDB, and Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management.

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

• Performance optimisation across UI and API layers


• Advanced accessibility practices


• Deep observability experience (distributed tracing, metrics dashboards)


• Experience with large-scale enterprise data and reporting workloads
