Full Time Accounts Receivable Officer

BBC Digital is a privately owned Australian company with 8 successful outlets across the country. 

An exciting opportunity currently exists for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Gold Coast team to control the average age of receivables while maintaining cordial and professional relationships with our customers. 

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Attend to customer queries
• Identify and investigate overdue invoices
• Contact customers to arrange collection
• Track payments received
• Issue customer statements

Working relationships:

• Service Manager
• Sales Manager
• Account Managers
• Service Coordinators
• Warehouse Manager
• Delivery Team
• Installation Team
• Customers

Required Attributes:

• Competent computer skills and ability to rapidly learn software
• Good communication skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive hands-on approach
• A great work ethic and positive work attitude
• A flexible and adaptable attitude towards change
• A great ability to multitask
• Absolute commitment to quality and customer service

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in a Accounts Receivable role
