The Ingot Hotel Perth is an upscale, full service hotel with strong corporate following. Due to increasing business demands we are seeking to expand our team and are looking for service professionals to join our front office team.

Front Office - Guest Service Agent Full Time

The duties and responsibilities will include:

• Provide welcoming, professional, and courteous service to all guests from arrival to departure while exceeding guest service standards
• Handle all guest requests, inquiries, and complaints appropriately and with professionalism
• Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all reservations and inquiries are handled efficiently
• Be able to confidently drive the hotels 9-seater courtesy van

About you:

• Experience with OPERA Cloud or similar would be beneficial
• Great communication skills, including an excellent phone manner
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A great eye for detail and presentation
• A genuine passion for the industry, its patrons and the people that work in it
• MUST have full availability and flexibility across a 7 day work roster including weekends and public holidays across morning shifts (7.00am to 3.00pm) and evening shifts (3pm - 11.00pm).
• Full time role
• Current national police clearance or willing to undertake Police check
• Responsible service of alcohol (RSA) preferred or able to complete 
• Australian driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
