Experience:
- Minimum one year of experience as a receptionist or legal assistant.
- Proficiency in the PEXA system.
- Experience with the Smokeball system is preferred.
- Client Service Focus: Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding service across all communication channels – written, verbal, and in-person.
- Attention to Detail: Superior attention to detail in documentation and written communications.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors in scheduling appointments and managing conveyancing matters.
- Manage diaries and meeting rooms.
- Oversee office services as needed (e.g., coordinating with cleaning and maintenance companies).
- Handle legal documents, manage files, and provide general assistance.
- Conduct legal research.
