We're seeking a Phone Receptionist / Admin person to join our team - you'll be our voice and a highly valued go-to point!
Our Psychologists and Neuropsychologists provide a range of assessments for conditions/cohorts including ASD, ADHD, paediatric, older adults, Intellectual Disability, and more.
Position Overview: We are seeking a warm, patient, and highly organized individual to serve as the Phone Receptionist/Admin at our neuropsychology clinic. The ideal candidate will have an excellent phone manner and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a calm and friendly way.
We receive inquiries from different people from all walks of life, and you will be key to ensuring they feel heard, welcomed, and supported.
