Your New Role

We’re opening the doors to our brand new Bondi Junction store, and we want you on the team. As a full time Retail Team Member, you’ll be one of the first faces to welcome customers into this exciting new space. You’ll connect people with products that make a difference, deliver warm, premium service, and help create the buzz of a store launch that everyone will be talking about.

This role isn’t just about sales, it’s about storytelling, connection, and creating memorable shopping moments. You’ll be part of a close knit team that shares your passion for style, design, and sustainability.

Your Day to Day

• Create unforgettable experiences for every customer who steps into the store.
• Share product knowledge and educate customers about sustainable choices.
• Support day to day operations, stock management, and visual merchandising.
• Contribute to store events, launches, and activations that make an impact.
• Deliver on sales and service targets while having fun as part of a high energy team.
• Maintain exceptional presentation and brand standards.

What You Need

• Previous retail experience, ideally in premium or lifestyle brands.
• A natural connector with a warm, engaging personality.
• Sales skills with a strong focus on delivering service excellence.
• Team spirit and communication skills that light up the floor.
• Flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and busy trade times.
• A genuine passion for sustainability and beautifully designed products.
• Ability to work 38 hours per week.
