Role and Responsibilities:

As the full time Stylist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. Your role will involve:

• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products
• Achieve personal KPIs and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays neat and attractive
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
