We’re looking for an experienced Functional Design Lead to drive the design of Oracle Fusion Order Management within a major transformation program. You’ll bridge business stakeholders and our Systems Integrator (SI), ensuring solutions are practical, scalable and aligned to operational needs.

You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and our Systems Integrator (SI), ensuring functional designs are clear, aligned and deliver real operational value.

About the opportunity

This role offers the chance to lead the functional design backbone of a complex Oracle Fusion implementation, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable and aligned to real-world operations.

What you’ll be doing

As the Functional Design Lead, you will own and drive functional design across Oracle Fusion Order Management, including:

• Lead end-to-end functional design across Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Define order capture, orchestration, fulfilment and returns processes
• Facilitate workshops and produce process flows, functional specs and design artefacts
• Partner with operations, supply chain, pricing and technology teams
• Govern design quality, alignment and stakeholder sign-off
• Support testing, data migration, cutover and go-live
• Ensure alignment across Pricing, Inventory, Shipping and Receivables
• Drive continuous improvement across fulfilment, shipping and returns processes

What you bring

You’re a hands-on functional leader who can translate complex business needs into scalable system design.

Essential experience

• 5+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM / Order Management / Order-to-Cash programs
• Strong functional design expertise in sales orders, orchestration, fulfilment and returns
• Proven ability to lead workshops and cross-functional design governance
• Experience working with Systems Integrators and delivery teams
