Fund Confirmation Officer

About the role:

• Performing health fund confirmations and providing patient quotations for accurate informed financial consent in a timely manner. 

• Providing timely information regarding patient out of pocket expenses. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment whilst maintaining accuracy and exceptional customer services 

• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a quality environment

• Knowledge and experience with computer systems and programs

• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

• Experience in Health Fund Insurance guidelines and policies

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Ability to work in a fast paced work environment whilst maintaining accuracy and exceptional customer services

In this role you will be based at St Vincent’s private hospital, Darlinghurst.
