Fund Controller VP to ED

Asset Management, Transportation investment - Alternatives - Banking & Financial Services

Oversee fund accounting and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage fund operations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Review and approve financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations for assigned funds.
Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on fund performance and strategies - including Deal Making, address questions from investors, capital calls.
Manage relationships with auditors, trustees, and other external stakeholders.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental objectives.

Professional qualification from Big 4/Top 6 Practice - ACA.
