We are looking for a Fund Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Fund Operations Analyst who is looking to grow with us. To be a high performer in this role you will be a self-motivated team player who is inquisitive, numerically strong, analytical and with strong attention to detail.

The Fund Operations Analyst will:

• Support the management of back-office processes including trade order management, reconciliations, cashflow management, NAV calculation and fund reporting;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily fund operations matters;
• Analyse, investigate and resolve issues;
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders;
• Analysis of pricing and market data and maintenance of that data into the system;
• Monitor and produce monthly FUM reporting;
• Undertake approval of cash movements via NAB Online;
• Assist with the implementation of product initiatives and system changes;
• Contribute towards development and continuous improvement of processes;
• Maintain and update internal procedure documents.

Experience and qualifications 

• Degree qualification preferred in a Business/ Commerce;
• Pursuing professional qualifications e.g. CA or CPA would be advantageous;
• Ability to work to deadlines and to perform under pressure;
• An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail;
• A team player, approachable and determined attitude;
• Strong Excel knowledge; familiarity with Excel-Macro would be an advantage;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
