About the role:
* Store Manager or Cluster Manager role available - depending on experience
* Leading multiple sites across two brands in the same business
* Roster flexibility - must include one weekend day of your choosing
* Leading Furniture, bedding, home retail management position in Mile End
* Sales and targets driven environment - develop and lead your team to success

Skills and Experience:
* Previous Multisite or Store Management experience essential
* Team Coaching and Development experience
* Sales and results driven, with high ticket experience
* Understanding of stock levels, wages and minimising shrinkage
* Meticulous visual merchandising and ability to maneuver furniture
