Qualifications & experience

• 1- 3 years experience in the tertiary education sector.
• Proven experience in sales conversion and strategic input.
• A relevant degree or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and experience.
• Outgoing personality and confidence in public speaking and relationship building.
• Proven ability to work in a high volume, process driven environment with variable workflow patterns and to fixed deadlines. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for collaborating with a high performing team.
• Knowledge of the secondary and tertiary education sector.
• Proven ability to generate revenue growth while maintaining quality and ethics.
• Experience working with CRMs to achieve organisational goals.
• Expert communicator with an ability to get buy-in from stakeholders. Passion for working in education and supporting student success.
• Must have driver's licence and access to vehicle to independently travel to and from work commitments.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Initiate, build, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (secondary schools, other tertiary providers, local and central government organisations, appropriate industry organisations, community.
• Contribute and execute The Fashion Institute's overall student recruitment strategy across Australia.
• Owning and delivering campus initiatives and leading faculty collaboration to ensure success of initiatives.
• Inform, inspire, and support prospective students on navigating The Fashion Institute pathways.
• Providing individuals with accurate information around TFI programmes and eligibility, clarify points of difference and educational value, and evidence student and graduate outcomes so that stakeholders have confidence in the benefit of an Institute education.
• Maintain a high level of effective communication with Admissions team and wider business to ensure the success of the student recruitment strategy.
• Manage CRM leads for the campus and respond to students in a timely manner via the CRM platform. Conducting any further engagement with student (on campus tours of spaces and facilities) and preparing students for the enrolment process.
• Create and maintain strong internal relationships with faculty to strengthen the external engagement of perspective students.
• Keep meticulous records of all student documentation and enrolment statuses and ensure all students have completed the required diagnostic or other assessments.
• Ensure students receive timely advice on further courses, careers and employment opportunities.
