Game Master - Customer Service

We're looking to hire candidates for casual work as a Game Master for Labyrinth Escape Rooms. Shifts vary between week day, week night and weekends so having a range of availability is ideal. 
**Please do not apply if you are not available for weekend work, are not available to start immediately and/or are going on a long holiday within the next 3 months as training will start immediately for the right candidates**

Responsibilities include:
- Introduction and debrief of the game to the teams
- Resetting the rooms after teams have gone through
- Monitoring rooms and providing clues to the teams
- Must have basic computer knowledge

Requirements:
Outstanding communication skills, can multi task, problem solver, stay calm under pressure, excellent time management, a fast learner, can-do attitude, bubbly personality, proficient in English, organised, punctual and able to improvise.

Living Close to the Parramatta Area is a Plus!

Role is usually suited to students as hours are flexible. 

Having own transport is highly looked upon as well as having played some escape rooms. 

Ability to work evenings and weekends required. 

No experience necessary however you should be comfortable talking to people and have an extremely positive outlook as well as a sense of humour.
