We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.

The Gymea Hotel is the ultimate local destination for live entertainment, a leisurely lunch, or a cheeky afternoon drink. Located in the heart of The Shire, we are known and loved for our family friendly environment, and attract a broad spectrum of locals and families from the surrounding suburbs.  

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

• Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
• Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
• Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
• Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

About you:

• You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
• You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
• You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
• You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
