We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Manager to help run our gaming room and keep it the friendly, welcoming spot our locals love.

Perched on the stunning North Burleigh coastline and just steps from the Mick Schamburg Park Lookout, The Miami is a Gold Coast icon with a history as rich as its ocean views. Formerly known as Miami Tavern, this legendary spot has been serving up good food and good times since 1925; and a century later, that legacy is still going strong! The Miami dishes up a menu bursting with local produce, fresh seafood, and next-level pub classics. 

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:

• Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
• Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
• Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
• Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift

About you:

• You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
• You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
• You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
• You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
• You’ve got a current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state requirements
