Gaming Supervisor

About Us:

The Surfers Paradise SLSC Supporters Club is excited to announce the opening of our new gaming room. We are committed to providing a fun and safe environment for our patrons and are looking for a passionate and experienced Gaming Supervisor to join our team.

Position: Gaming Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gaming room
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and club policies
• Manage and motivate the gaming staff
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with patrons
• Monitor and maintain gaming equipment and facilities
• Implement and manage loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement
• Handle financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Work collaboratively with other club departments to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a gaming supervisory role
• Strong understanding of loyalty programs and customer retention strategies
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) certifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
• High level of integrity and professionalism

Desirable:

• Experience in a club or hospitality environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
