Gaming Supervisor - Hiring Immediately

The Mitcham Hotel is looking for a Gaming Supervisor for a mixture of Day & Night Shifts and end of day close for an immediate start.

The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic, approachable, engaging and able to demonstrate;

• An understanding of the expectations of an gaming in a busy hospitality setting.
• Proven success in a supervisor role, ideally with bars & gaming
• The ability to lead, manage, train and direct a multi-skilled team
• Ability to think on your feet and be adaptable
• Ability to predict customers expectations and provide a service that exceeds their expectations
• Taking responsibility for the presentation and smooth operation of the gaming room
• Ensure the correct practices and procedures are maintained in all operations
• Communicate any issues to the relevant manager(s)
• Assist with Regulatory and Licensing Compliance

Skills and experience

Must have CURRENT Victorian Gaming License, RSA & RSG
Exceptional Customer Service
Experience in a similar role, and eagerness to learn
Passionate, Strong Work Ethic, Flexible
Knowledge of back of house systems 
RSG Module 1/2
