Gardening Attendant – Permanent full-time position

Work Monday – Thursday, 7 AM – 3 PM, Friday 7AM-1:30PM

NFP Tax benefits – salary package up to $15,900 and $2,650 for meals and entertainment allowance

We are looking for a gardener to join our gardening team at our flagship location, Anzac Village in Narrabeen . This is a full-time role looking after the day-to-day gardening activities across our Retirement Village in Narrabeen to ensure the gardens and grounds are always looking their absolute best.

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

Maintenance of gardens and grounds, including hedging, pruning and weed spraying

Planting of new shrubs and plants

Other duties as directed by the Leader

What are we looking for?

Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards sustained maintenance of grounds

Ability to interact with seniors on a day-to-day basis

Drivers licence as you may be required to drive around the village

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
