Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality group, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Director, the General Manager will lead a team of managers and staff, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain a strong focus on revenue growth and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management
  • Oversee daily operations of Nightclubs, bars, and dining establishments within the hospitality group.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and staff to achieve excellence in service and operations.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Guest Experience
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Financial Management
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Control costs and optimize resource allocation.
• Strategic Planning
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the hospitality group.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Marketing and Sales
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Drive sales and revenue through effective pricing, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including Nightclub, Restaurant, and food & beverage management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Ability to think strategically and drive operational excellence.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office, POS systems).
