The Company

This purpose driven financial services business with a rich history of serving the Australian public is maturing their digital landscape and experience. With new leadership in the business that is driving an uplift across digital strategy, sales & marketing this role is pivotal in their future success.

The Role

The Head of Digital is responsible for developing the digital member experience strategy and executing it through all customer facing digital channels. It is accountable for enabling members to engage and transact with Teachers Health digitally, as well as for working with marketing and sales to optimise the digital path to purchase and increase digital sales. It is responsible for overseeing the ongoing development of the all web and mobile site, leading digital experience development and providing best practice member service capability through online tools.

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

• Design concepts and methodology such as design thinking, service design and UX/CX;
• Strategy development and execution (Business and product level);
• Extensive prior experience in driving best practice digital outcomes;
• Agency management experience and stakeholder management skills; and
• Strong financial management and commercial acumen.
