We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of Novotel Melbourne Preston, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving business performance. As General Manager, you will be a key ambassador for the Novotel brand, combining your deep passion for hospitality with strong operational and commercial expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of passionate Heartists to drive individual growth and foster a collaborative culture of excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate the overall guest experience.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments meet and exceed operational targets.
• Lead sales and marketing efforts to maximise occupancy and revenue, while continuously identifying new growth opportunities.
• Champion employee engagement by creating a supportive and inclusive environment where all Heartists thrive.

A qualification in hotel management, hospitality management, commerce or business administration would be highly regarded.

About You

• Over 5 years of senior leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on operations, revenue generation, and team leadership.
• Proven ability to drive commercial success, with strong business acumen in areas like revenue management, budgeting, and profitability.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, including relationships with external partners and local communities.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and coach teams, creating a motivating environment that enhances employee engagement.
• A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset, combined with a strong commitment to the values and culture of Accor.
