• Work with the internal support services to provide requirements to build out the business process, tools and systems
  


• Innovate the current model to create a differentiated solution in the market
  


• Set expectations around the quality measures for the level of service
  


• Knows the regulatory and compliance obligations
  


• Work with established network to obtain clients and drive revenue growth.
  


• The idea would be to do a portion of time doing client work, and as we secure more business to hire a team of OTs
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience providing OT to clients (disability / age care focus)
  


• Highly entrepreneurial
  


• Bright with good people skills
  


• Lots of energy and positivity
  


• High level of professionalism
  


• Based in the Newcastle / Central Coast / Hunter
