About the Role
We are seeking a visionary General Manager for The Ghan, based at the Adelaide Parklands Terminal. This is not your standard leadership role, it is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, innovative, and guest-centric professional to shape the experiences of our guests.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the The Ghan experience, including the curation and development of on-board and off-train experiences that are truly unforgettable.
• Proactively managing our Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to ensure guest service consistently exceeds expectations.
• Achieving budgetary targets through strategic management of workflows, labour costs, waste, and supplier relationships.
• Inspiring and developing a passionate team, cultivating a high-performance culture that puts guests at the heart of everything we do.
