Your new role As the GIS Specialist, you will play a key role in producing high-quality spatial analysis, visualisations, and 3D modelling to support strategic planning, land use projects, and organisational decision-making.You will work across a variety of teams, providing expert GIS advice, maintaining spatial datasets, delivering complex mapping outputs, and developing 3D digital models using leading GIS and drafting tools. The role will also see you translate complex data into clear, engaging visuals and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences. . What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 4 years' experience in GIS, geography, cartography, planning, environmental engineering, urban design, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, and other ESRI platforms.
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality spatial outputs for land use planning projects.
Experience with 3D GIS and digital modelling tools such as Terra Explorer, Autodesk 3D Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Giraffe.
Ability to convert complex spatial and analytical information into clear visual reports and presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently and within a team.
Proven judgement, initiative, and problem-solving capability.
Confidence working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
