You will be working as a Global IT Director - M&A for a consultancy firm that is based in Australia. This opportunity is a fully remote role.
Your new role
The firm is seeking a highly experienced Global IT Director to lead complex IT divestiture programs across global enterprise environments. This is a critical role for their M&A advisory and delivery practice, focused on executing large-scale separation initiatives for multinational clients.
You will operate as a senior leader across both applications and infrastructure workstreams, owning delivery end-to-end from pre-close planning through TSA exit and full separation.
What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience leading multiple M&A divestitures
• Strong track record managing TSA agreements end-to-end
• Experience delivering within large, complex global enterprises
• Proven ability to manage both application and infrastructure domains simultaneously

Leadership & Delivery

• Senior-level program/project management expertise
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Strong commercial acumen: SOW creation, budgeting, vendor management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across global regions
