Research Location

$150k - $160k + super including monthly allowance (depends on experience and knowledge+)

Our client is a leading professional commercial HVAC Experts, Mechanical Services installation contractor and service provider to the construction industry within Victoria.

Has been operating within the construction industry for more than 30 years, and has established an excellent reputation within this time.

Position

Reporting to the director about management and delivering new projects where responsibilities will include:

Team Management

Accounts and Pay-roll

Budgeting for Profit and Loss

Good feel for running the business

Finding your own processes within the company

About you

To be successful you will have a strong experience working as a project manager for a number of years where you have dealt with HVAC contractors and/or major builders as your client. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

A history of utilising project management methodologies and principles to see your projects delivered on time and within budget

You will have ideally worked for HVAC/R, Mechanical Plumbing Service/Mechanical Services In Commercial

Excellent client management and influence

Air handling unit return air unit

Has work in Mechanical Service In Commercial Victoria or has work in Mechanical Plumbing Industry Services

You will have ideal of static pressure and nominated without a return air and piping up dial water coil

Able to read engineer drawings to check any new project designs

Run tool box meeting/Team meetings - KPI'S

Must have recent Police Check
