Position Overview

Join a growing team at our Palmwoods manufacturing site, where exciting developments are underway—including a brand-new, purpose-built west office and expanded car parking facilities. We’re looking for a reliable and proactive GMP Support team member to help maintain the high standards that underpin our operations.

As part of our site support team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and GMP standards across both production and site amenities. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and pride in presentation will directly contribute to a safe, audit-ready environment.

You’ll be responsible for keeping shared spaces and production support areas clean, stocked, and functioning efficiently throughout the day. From managing consumables in hygiene stations to completing scheduled cleaning tasks and supporting site readiness, your work will help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This role also includes maintaining external areas to a high standard and supporting compliance by completing daily checks, reporting issues promptly, and ensuring all standards are consistently met.

Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking someone who brings:

• Experience working in hygiene, GMP, food safety, cleaning, or similar environments


• A strong understanding of cleanliness and safety standards


• The ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively


• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues


• Confidence completing checklists, documentation, and following procedures


• A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
