We are looking for an experienced Google Ads & SEO wizard to join our close-knit team. This role is SEM & SEO leaning, but not limited if you have a wider set of skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Working as part of the digital team, you'll be responsible for the strategy development, implementation, optimisation and reporting of client SEM campaigns and SEO projects for various clients across e-commerce, professional services, hospitality and B2B.

Our ideal digital marketer will have ~3 years of experience running paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, with a burning desire to stay up-to-date with SEM trends, new features, functions and best practice across the Google network.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Develop and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Bing, programmatic and more…
• Conduct regular detailed audits to identify optimisation opportunities for client accounts
• Participate in strategy workshops, formulate digital marketing plans and present strategies to clients
• Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad copy, targeting criteria and landing page conversion
• Implementation of tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel
• Analyse performance metrics to provide regular reports and offer actionable insights to improve campaign performance
• Stay ahead of the latest digital marketing tech and trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of SEM campaigns and SEO projects with broader marketing initiatives 
• Guide others within the agency about best practices on the Google network

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Minimum 3 years experience in building and running high performing digital ads, Google Ads essential
• Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling headlines and ad copy
• Proven experience setting up campaign tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Meta Pixel
• Exceptional planning, communication and time management skills
• Strong analytical skills, business understanding and critical thinking
• Great collaboration skills and a strong work ethic and a desire to keep learning

• Social media advertising skills (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok)
• Programmatic buying experience
• Experience working with WordPress, WooCommerce & Shopify
