About the role
We have a full time, permanent opportunity for a Governance & Land Administration Coordinator to join our Land & Tenements Team.
Reporting to the Land & Tenements Manager, the primary purpose of your role will be to provide administrative and governance support to the broader Land and Tenements team.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring all financial and legal information related to the Iluka land portfolio and tenements records remain up to date.
Overseeing all land-related income and expense payments, and managing Iluka’s rural property lease portfolio.
Ensuring property maintenance and inspections are completed on time at competitive rates.
Overseeing settlement and conveyancing aspects related to Iluka’s property transactions, including through instructing and managing external advisers.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will offer:
A tertiary or vocational qualification in Governance, Business Administration, Accounting or Management at Certificate IV level, or equivalent demonstrated experience in office administration.
Experience in rural, residential, or commercial property management administration, or exposure to property sales and conveyancing.
Internal governance in relation to internal approval processes and record keeping
Knowledge of land access requirements across the life cycle of mining operations (preferred but not essential).
An understanding of business process systems and databases, along with basic accounting principles.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
High-level competency across Microsoft programs, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Experience using SAP and database applications (preferred but not essential).
A proactive, can‑do attitude and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a high performing team environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to schedule and manage competing priorities.
Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
