Job Description - Grab Forklift Operator

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced, reliable and committed Forklift Driver with Grab experience who is looking for ongoing work at Truganina.

Our client is a leading Australian wide printing company located in Truganina and are looking for a reliable and experienced forklift driver to join their team.

Duties will include:

Maintaining and adhering to safe work policies and procedures

Loading and Unloading trucks operating a grab forklift

Assisting with daily paper store production requirements

Completion of paperwork eg checking off products on list and recording time, date, quantity etc

Wrapping, labelling and general housekeeping duties

Multi tasking and prioritising workload

Reel Stripping

Requirements

To be successful in this position you will:

Hold a current LF licence with a minimum 5 years experience

Be able to operate a Grab Forklift confidently

Available to work Monday to Fridayâ

Have excellent time management skills & attention to detail

Have strong communication skills

A strong safety focus as well as a strong focus on quality of work

Be able to work autonomously and meet deadlines

Be self-motivated and able to commit to ongoing work
