Graduate Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Accountant to join our growing team at HLB Mann Judd SA in Dulwich, South Australia. This is a full-time position that will see you play a key role within our external audit practice.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the full range of external audit services, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting
• Conducting detailed analysis and testing of financial records and systems
• Preparing audit work papers and draft financial statements
• Communicating with clients to gather information and resolve queries
• Developing an understanding of compliance requirements and accounting standards
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality, value-added services to our clients

What we're looking for

• A recent university graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A keen interest in the accounting and auditing profession
• A commitment to providing exceptional client service
