Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Accounting: Recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
• Software Knowledge: Exposure to Xero and Microsoft applications is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Professional Development: An interest in pursuing membership with a professional accounting organization (CA / CPA reimbursement scheme with study leave entitlements to support).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Bookkeeping and Payroll Services: Assist with managing and reconciling client Xero/MYOB files and completing payroll for clients.
• BASs, Financial Statements & Income Tax Preparation: Work alongside senior accountants to prepare income tax returns and financial statements for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies.
• Client Interaction: Learn how to engage with clients to understand and support their accounting and business needs.
