Graduate/ Logistics Coordinator (Entry Level Position)

Tasks including, but not limited to:

• Coordinating with internal departments and external partners to resolve shipment and service-related inquiries
• Handling daily operation tasks including order management and inventory management
• Preparing and maintaining daily logistics reports
• Generating and distributing outbound delivery reports for third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
• Performing administrative tasks

Our ideal candidate will have / will be:

• A Bachelor's degree in field (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Experience or knowledge in the following areas will be highly regarded:

• Logistics and supply chain processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems
