Due to sustained growth across our Technology business, we are currently looking for motivated graduate who is excited to step into the corporate world and begin long-term and rewarding career in recruitment.

Our Technology Recruitment Consultants operate in a high-performance and busy sales environment partnering with clients as a trusted advisor to find, attract, and secure top IT talent.

Responsibilities include:

• 180-degree recruitment with a career path to 360-degree if desired.
• Lead generation activities.
• Conducting candidate interviews - in-person, virtual, and via phone.
• Candidate acquisition, relationship building, interviewing, qualification and referencing.
• Relationship building / management.
• Update, organise and maintain candidate management systems.
• Reaching and exceed targets.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to fill vacant positions.
• Work in a team to deliver recruitment searches for external clients:
• Understanding client requirements/taking role briefing; source/screen candidates, and creation of shortlists.
• Interview preparation and taking feedback.
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable candidate.
• Successfully manage the candidate offer stage.
• Ensure a successful candidate onboarding process.
