Your new role
As a Graduate/Junior Tax Accountant, you will work closely with senior accountants and partners to support the preparation of financial statements and tax returns. Key responsibilities will include:

• Processing client data through Xero and MYOB up to trial balance
• Assisting with preparation of individual, company, trust, and partnership tax returns
• Supporting BAS and IAS preparation
• Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
• Liaising with clients and responding to queries in a professional manner
• Assisting with general accounting and administrative tasks as required

This role will provide hands-on exposure across compliance and advisory work, with ongoing guidance and training.
What you'll need to succeed

• A recent Accounting graduate or up to 2 years' experience in public practice
• Working knowledge of Xero and/or MYOB, with the ability to process data through to trial balance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must currently reside in Adelaide and hold full working rights in Australia
